Abstract

The objective of this chapter is to provide a brief review of relevant dermatologic classifications or indexes that may impact the management of the lesions in order to coordinate the vocabulary and background between physicians involved in the clinical and the imaging fields. Topographic classifications for many dermatological diseases are also provided as additional support and to remind the reader of some of the differential diagnoses.
