Safewards Fidelity Project

Project Details

Description

The main aim of this project is to develop a psychometrically evaluated Safewards fidelity
instrument. The primary objective is to establish the psychometric properties of a newly
developed preliminary Safewards fidelity instrument, including inter- and intra-rater
reliability, discriminative validity, usability and comprehensibility. The research questions are:
• How do the users of the instrument perceive its clarity and usability?
• How well do multiple users' ratings of the same collected data agree?
• How consistent are individual users' ratings when repeated over time on the same
data?
• How well can the instrument differentiate between various levels of fidelity across
different wards?
