    Primary research focuses on infectious diseases including HIV, viral hepatitis and spondylitis. Also, experience with qualitative research on the behaviors of health personnel, particularly regarding patient adherence optimization and regarding the placebo concept.

    Works every day as a consultant in Infectious Diseases with a special focus on viral hepatitis and spondylitis, and as Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen. Responsible for the continuous medical education of junior doctors at the Dept. of Medicine, Zealand University Hospital, Roskilde. Experience with working in developing countries.
