I am a medical doctor and PhD student with a great interest in teaching undergraduate medical students.

My research focuses on creating engaging psychiatry education early in the medical curriculum and examining its influence on students' interest in the specialty. Additionally, I am interested in how medical students experience their first encounters with psychiatry in clinical part-time jobs and how these experiences shape their attitudes toward psychiatry as a medical specialty.

Motivation for learning is one of my primary areas of focus, and I believe that we can motivate and inspire medical students to find meaning in their theory-heavy curriculum by demonstrating how this knowledge can be applied in their future roles as physicians.
