Lene Lauge Berring, PhD, Research Leader in the Mental Health Service at Region Zealand, Slagelse, Denmark and Professor at Institute of Public Health, Faculty of Health, University of Southern Denmark, Odense, Denmark. She has a background as mental health nurse and is currently working on research related to integrated staff and patients learning programs targeting the decrease of coercive measures, and the decrease of violence in mental health care settings.
