N2 - Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is an inflammatory skin disease that presents with painful boils and tunnels in the intertriginous areas. (1) Obligatory diagnostic criteria for HS include (i) history of recurrent painful or purulent lesions more than twice/6 months, (ii) lesions located in the groin, axilla, perineum, buttocks area or inframammary fold (women), and (iii) nodules, papules/pustules, cysts, fistulas, abscesses or scars. (2) For HS, the average diagnostic delay is 7.2 years (3).
